Order Changes and Cancellation.
Adjustments to orders currently in process may be accommodated by speaking with our customer service representatives at (800) 921-4758 ext. 100 between 9 am – 5 pm EST Monday through Friday. Our customer service representatives have the ability to modify or cancel an order if the order has not been sent to our warehouse for shipment.
Checking the Status of Your Order.
After your order has been confirmed and authorized, it will be processed within two to three business days. Unfortunately, at this time we do not ship orders on weekends and holidays. You will receive a confirmation email, which will include your True Spirit Brands order number. As soon as your order ships, you will receive a second email with a UPS Tracking Number. If you have any questions regarding the status of your order at anytime, please e-mail us at sales@truespiritbrands.com.
Refunds.
Products may be returned for a refund within 10 days of receipt of the product. Due to federal safety regulations, all cosmetic products must be unopened and in original packaging. True Spirit Brands will not refund shipping and a 10% restocking and handling fee will be charged to the customer. Please note that customers must should obtain a Return Authorization number prior to sending back returned products in order to expedite processing. Such Authorization number can be obtained by having an order number and by e-mailing: cservice@truespiritbrands.com or calling Customer Service at (800) 921-4758 ext.100. Refunds are typically processed within 3-5 business days from receipt of the returned product.
All returns are subject to review and approval by management.

All supplied sensitive/credit information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our Payment gateway providers database only to be accessible by those authorized with special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential.
After a transaction, your private information (credit cards, social security numbers, financials, etc.) will not be stored on our servers.
